Return Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final.

However, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and will do our best to assist you with any issues. If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and assist where possible.

  • We do not guarantee replacements or refunds for delayed shipping.
  • Items that vary slightly from the product image due to supplier variation are not considered defective.
